Casey Bull began her career in orthodontics in 2014, managing the practice of Dr. Alex Waldman in Beverly Hills. She went on to join The Invisible Orthodontist as a practice consultant and eventually became their Global Director of Content and Community, where she worked with practices across the country on marketing strategy, business management, staff training, and full-suite digital marketing including website development, paid advertising, and local SEO.

From there, her career expanded into global healthcare staffing. She became part of the founding team that introduced MyOrthoVA to the industry. As a virtual assistant placement company, it supported orthodontic and dental practices with trained assistants across the Philippines and Latin America, growing to serve practices across the US, Canada, and Australia. After growing MyOrthoVA to a certain level, she transitioned to oversee the parent company, MEDVA, where she held both the COO and CMO positions. At MEDVA, she supported a global team across 3 lines of business (medical, dental/ortho, and business) with high volume virtual assistant recruitment and placement.

Casey obtained an MBA from Pepperdine University and completed executive education at MIT focused on high-velocity organizational performance. She has been a contributing author to Orthotown Magazine since 2020, publishing more than a dozen articles on practice management, digital marketing, patient referrals, paid advertising, and emerging technology in orthodontics, and regularly speaks on operational strategy, team development, and leadership accountability.

CascadEffects was developed out of this journey. Casey works with orthodontic and dental practices, as well as industry support businesses, as a fractional COO partner, building the strategy, structure, and operational systems that support sustainable growth. She started the firm after seeing how often practices lacked embedded leadership and struggled to find the right support for their teams. Drawing on her background in operations, systems design, and team building, she also matches virtual assistants to businesses across industries, connecting the right talent to the right roles so owners can focus on growth instead of getting buried in day-to-day tasks.

Beyond her professional work, Casey serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary and Board Member for the Health Care Foundation for Ventura County, where she supports programs focused on healthcare access and equity for underserved communities. She is also a member of the Exceptional Women Alliance, a nonprofit mentoring community of C-level and board-level women committed to professional leadership and paying it forward.
